RCG’s Retained Executive Search and Selection practice is led by the senior management team, all of whom possess extensive leadership or high-level director and management experience. Their well established contacts and industry experience within their given sectors allows them to identify and attract the very best talent available.

Our fees for Retained Executive Search and Selection reflect the anticipated amount of resource required for each assignment. Unlike the traditional methods of contingency recruitment, we charge a fixed fee for each assignment. This fee is agreed at the consultation meeting and is confirmed in writing along with an agreed timetable for the duration of the hiring process. The total fee for this retained service is split into three equal instalments: an initial retainer fee is agreed for the commencement of the project, a second stage fee based on presentation of the shortlisted candidates and a completion fee when the successful candidate is appointed. This means we maintain our client's best interest at all times with our only incentive to deliver and complete a first class service.
